Looking back on the last couple of months, I’ve been super busy with my organic business and looking after my beautiful family that I have definitely neglected to look after ‘me’ with regards to eating well and staying active. I have also neglected the ritual of some ‘me’ time to nurture and appreciate body, soul and environment.
It just absolutely amazes me how our bodies respond and let you know that something’s not quite right. Observe and listen closely to your body to find out what’s really going on inside. Reflect and take action to look after your health and wellbeing.

1. Build up your immune system
2. Eat wholesome organic food
3. Keep up your exercise routine
4. Add garlic to your meals
5. Take a break, get out in the sunshine and smile :)
